All About Dog Training

My energetic Vizsla had me in tears, what was I going to do!? He wanted to jump all over people, ignore my command attempts and this made it really difficult and stressful. Catherine reassured me, gave me stage by stage training in how to best guide my young dog and after 2 training sessions I am seeing massive improvements. We asked Catherine for support with our rescue dog who is reactive towards other dogs due to visual impairment/ difficult early life. Catherine was able to help us identify a realistic goal and we practiced strategies to work towards this with her guidance. The session was fun and tailored to our dogs needs. Catherine has been brilliant, finally a dog trainer who listened to our problems and visited us where we live (with previous trainers we had to go to them where our dogs behaved differently). We were looking for some support and reassurance in the early days of bringing home our pup, Angus, and Catherine has been an incredible help. She has given us the tools to train and raise Angus in a positive and fun way, and has provided us with help on matters from desensitisation and socialisation, to crate/sleep training, and enrichment and stimulation.
